Company Profile We are a family owned and operated, personal chef and catering business specializing in traditional BBQ fare with a few non-traditional items thrown in just for fun. Our pit master has over 15 years of BBQ experience with original training from a world renowned Kansas City BBQ Chef. We take pride in everything we do - from picking the best meat or produce, the quality of our BBQ process, the presentation and finally to our customer's overall satisfaction. We will customize a menu to fit your needs or tastes and even though it's BBQ - we will cater year-round. We are working on expanding our menu to include "non-BBQ" items. If you need something particular - throw it at us - we love a challenge!
