Selina came up with the name Ah-Bella. "I love anything that has to do with the French and Italian culture. Ah-Bella means everything beautiful. The innkeepers reside on the main level that once was the parlor room. There are four guest rooms upstairs for double or single occupancy of a suite. There is a Honeymoon Suite, the Dixie Room Suite, and the Executive Suite. One room actually has two rooms, in case they bring children. "Each room has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom as well as a great view from different vantage points such as the "Dixie Hill" and Water parks, Seasonal Fireworks Restaurants," said James. Ah-Bella's is known for their outstanding meals and friendly staff. A full breakfast, served from7 A.M. to 10 A.M., daily is included with the room rate. It is served in the front or back patios or in the dining room. Lunch is available by special request for $8.00 and dinner is available for $12.00. There are additional food services included in the room rate, such as afternoon tea, dessert, fruit, or nonalcoholic beverages. Special meals are also available upon request such as Low Fat, Restricted, or Vegetarian. Their signature dish is authentic German Baked Pancakes with a buttermilk syrup. "I love to cook. My specialty is the German pancakes with buttermilk syrup. I do most of the cooking but I have Family and Friends, who are on call when we have a houseful," said Selina. "We have daily favorites but if there is something you want, we will do our best to please our guests. The carriage house has a full service hair salon complete with hair extensions, pedicure, and day spa. Scrapbooking, painting, and beading classes are also available for guests with special needs.
