We are a private, physical therapist owned outpatient PT practice offering hands-on physical therapy with traditional overground and aquatic therapy. Advance Physical & Aquatic Therapy is conveniently located off Baltimore Pike, behind David's Bridal in Springfield. We have a heated 7' x 12' therapy pool that is 50" deep, set at 92 degrees. The heated pool environment, as you know, provides buoyancy and endorphin release, allowing patients to complete an individualized program, in a safe environment, with direct contact from a physical therapist. The aquatics program is ideal to treat neck and back pain/abnormalities, joint pain, arthritis, balance and postural deficits, and general deconditioning. Our gym provides a nice environment to transition, in one treatment session, from the pool environment to a traditional over ground program.
