We offer Les Mills BodyPump and BodyCombat as well as many other group exercise classes for all fitness levels – the novice to the hard core. We are excited to announce the addition of Thin & Healthy TOTAL SOLUTIONS weight loss program and ActivTrax Virtual Personal Training to our family of services. Finally, we have a staffed Kidz Zone available to help entertain children 3 months – 12 years of age while mom and dad workout. Our facility is access controlled for your safety. Members use a fingerprint to access the building and to access tanning controls 24-hours a day and are monitored by a closed-circuit video system
