We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting PlayN Wisconsin, LLC and introduce ourselves. The idea for PlayN Wisconsin came to us more than seven years ago stemming from our combined 25+ years of experience in the play system industry and an enthusiasm for family-centered fun. In 2006, we moved our family to Wisconsin to spend more quality time with our three beautiful daughters. Since this time we have been an active part of the Greater Madison area by participating in many family-geared groups. Through this involvement we noticed the need for more outside play options and felt that we had much to offer local families in this arena. Our vision was put on hold, however, when in August of 2009 we received the devastating news that our oldest daughter had a brain tumor called DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma). On June 23, 2010, six days before her 10th birthday she lost her strong and courageous battle. This was life-changing yet we have decided that we must move forward; taking our heartache and turning it into something positive. Losing a child who lived life to the fullest and demonstrated courage and perseverance in the face of terminal illness is our motivation. We chose to honor our daughter by living our life the same way and focusing our time on family, friends, and those in our community looking for ways to enhance their family experience. PlayN Wisconsin fulfills this dream. PlayN Wisconsin’s primary focus is a retailer of superior outdoor play equipment. We have chosen to carry what we believe is nothing but the very best in backyard residential play systems, trampolines, and basketball hoops. Our products can be enjoyed by people of all ages and sizes. PlayN Wisconsin’s second focus is to provide a quality family recreation center and imagination-inspiring play area for children and tweens. The recreation center provides open play, “pay-for-play”, and birthday party activities. PlayN Wisconsin is excited to offer this unique center where kids and parents can shop and play with the focus of supporting a healthy lifestyle and reinventing creative play and imagination. PlayN Wisconsin is a year-round, indoor facility that hopes to be an important part of the Madison area by establishing life-long relationships and fostering family values.
