Most recently, owner and operator Tony Carbone appeared on national television as a contestant in the premiere season of Gordon Ramsay's reality cooking show "MasterChef" on the Fox network .  Tony was one of 50 contestants selected out of over 15,000 aspiring chefs from all over the country. Tony's passion and extraordinary talent for cooking led him far during the competition where he excelled and finished as a top 10 finalist.
