Our desserts are prepared by our talented pastry chef, and Scott's wife, Rachel Benjamin With over 400 fine spirits, 60 beers, and 700 wines which are kept in our temperature controlled, glass wine cave, 70 of which are also served by the glass, and kept using the Bermar Wine Preservation System
